Attorney Oliver Langner studied law at the University of Osnabrück and successfully completed the First State Examination in Law in 1999.
After working at Arthur Andersen in Moscow, Russia, he completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and successfully passed the Second State Examination in February 2003.
Following positions at Baker & McKenzie in Hanoi, Vietnam, Andersen in Düsseldorf and Ernst & Young in Moscow, he worked for a tax consultancy in Düsseldorf.
While working for the Düsseldorf tax consultancy, Oliver Langner established his own law office in May 2003. In September 2008, together with tax adviser Werner Hündgen of Cologne, he also established Langner & Hündgen PartG, which has been in liquidation since Mr Hündgen’s death on 30 November 2016.
Oliver Langner successfully completed a specialist-lawyer course in tax law at the Institute of Dr. Grannemann & v. Fürstenberg in Freiburg and has been admitted as a specialist lawyer for tax law since November 2010.
He also successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist-lawyer course in intellectual property law at the German Lawyers Academy (Deutsche Anwaltsakademie GmbH).
